Issued capital share:

1. On June 7^th, 2023: USD 29,999,213, represented by 195,000 class A shares, 2,804,593 class B shares and 26,999,620 class C shares
2. On June 10^th, 2024 the Board of Directors authorized the issue of 34,871 class C shares
3. On June 9^th, 2025, the Board of Directors authorized the issue of 32,189 class C shares
4. On June 10^th, 2026, the Board of Directors authorized the issue of 34,866 class C shares
