The issued share capital of the Company ( the “Share Capital”) is set at thirty million, sixty-six thousand, two hundred seventy-three United States Dollars (USD 30,066,273) represented by:

* The authorised share capital of the Company (including the already issued Share Capital) is set at thirty million one hundred three thousand eight hundred twenty-one United States Dollars (USD 30,103,821)

Issued capital share:

1. On June 7^th, 2023: USD 29,999,213, represented by 195,000 class A shares, 2,804,593 class B shares and 26,999,620 class C shares
2. On June 10^th, 2024 the Board of Directors authorized the issue of 34,871 class C shares
3. On June 9^th, 2025, the Board of Directors authorized the issue of 32,189 class C shares
